Senior web leadership, without the full-time hire.
There are four ways we can work together, and you can switch between them anytime.

Projects
Each project has a fixed fee that we agree on up front. You can pick one or bundle a few together.
- Website auditAccessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), technical SEO (crawlability, schema, indexability), Core Web Vitals, mobile performance, user experience, and how you stack up against competitors. You get an executive summary and a prioritized fix list.
- Web governance frameworkWhere you are now and a framework that scales with the team. Who decides what, technical review, accessibility and performance standards, content approval workflows, how design, engineering, and product talk to each other, plus UAT and acceptance templates.
- Component design system and specsReusable component specs built from your designer's direction. Component inventory, usage guidelines, accessibility built in, responsive behavior across breakpoints, and templates for major site sections.
- Tech stack and platform planPhased recommendations. First: CMS evaluation, analytics, and personalization strategy. Then: platform roadmap, migration plan if you need one, build-versus-buy calls, and vendor evaluation criteria with RFP support.
- Vendor selection and onboardingHelp choosing the right agency or platform partner, from writing requirements and running the RFP to onboarding whoever you pick.
- Web org designA recommended structure for your web team, including roles, reporting lines, and what should stay in-house versus going to an agency or offshore. I include org charts for different team sizes.
- Web leadership hiring planRole definitions, skill requirements, interview questions, an onboarding plan, and a 30/60/90 for your new hire's first quarter.

Common questions
Do you build the site yourself?
Yes, the pages. I build in your CMS, on top of your design system. I also write the functional specs your developers build from, so new templates and components work the way your team actually needs them to. For custom application code or brand-new visual design, I bring in and direct the right people.
Do you manage our agencies?
Yes, if we build it into our agreement. I can also help you choose the right agency and get them up to speed.
Are you open to full-time?
Yes, for the right team. If you need a permanent web leader, let's talk about that too.
Only SaaS?
No. Most of my background is in B2B SaaS, but I can help any organization with its website.
Will you tell me my site is bad?
I'm sure your site has a very good personality.
How fast do you reply?
Within one business day.
Who owns the work?
You do. Everything I create for you is yours to keep.
What does it cost?
It depends on the engagement. Projects are fixed fee. You'll get a clear price after the intro call, before anything starts.
